Chamomile and lavender have been used as traditional medicine thousands of years for sleep and anxiety. The blend may improve sleep, soothe anxiety and promote anti-inflammatory. This blend has a pleasing lavender flavour, that adds a touch of floral sweetness to the soothing chamomile taste.

Ingredients: Chamomile, Lavender, Ashwagandha.

Directions: Add 1 tbs to 1 cup (250ml) of hot water and steep 7-10 minutes (if needed up to 2 cups before bed). Best evening time.
