Bring Your Own Vinyl (BYOV)

Mikaela Fyfe started her business because she wanted to create a fun, safe & non-judgmental environment in a Waxing/Hair Removal studio, complimented with an appreciation for music & highlighting Mental Health.

BYOV wants to bridge the gap between mental health services, and give back to the community.

BYOV’s values are quality, inclusivity, & genuine authenticity, Combining Waxing, Vinyl Appreciation & Mental Health is what sets her apart because she believes in treating others well, being a good listener & knowing music is the one thing we all universally love.

The conversations with my clients are the most rewarding aspect of my job. With my own experience with mental health & recovery, I want to be able to create a relaxing environment where someone can be themselves. The dream is to have a beautiful location by the ocean, and be able to give back to the community. Once I’m financially able to do so, I’d love to provide services for those who can’t afford to do so, because one small service can make all the difference in how someone carries themselves into a job interview and/or showing up in the world.
