Crap Trapper

Crap Trapper is a Vancouver-based fecal and animal waste removal service. Since summer 2020, Crap Trapper has removed over 60,000 units of fecal matter.

Fecal matter in the streets is bad for tourism, bad for the community and bad for the people. When Mark Defreitas realized that Vancouver lacked a feces removal service, he knew that there was potential for a business. With help from Elwood Price, they created Crap Trappers, through which they work to clean up the community, but more importantly, offer hope, with the dream of de-stigmatizing the Downtown Eastside.
